David Carradine plays a scam artist named Charlie Swattle. Charlie thinks he has the world by the tail by using a tricky ploy to get money from people, that is until he runs into a single mother named Grace Wolf (played by Brenda Vaccaro). Together with his war (WW1) friends, they set out on a mission to win a motorcycle race.
